Evidence suggests that the most productive changes to communities come from providing education in early childhood for poor children. We also see it as a long term empowernet of the communities we work in.

This is why a primary focus of our investments are in early-childhood education for poor children. We rebuild schools so they can have an inviting learning environment for children in the community.

Besides the fact that children are been in single parent homes, the factor that mostly predicts the continuity of poverty, crime and early death is the lack of a home.

We refurbish or build homes for single parents so that it becomes one less thing to worry about. This also ensures that basic services exist for the family and the parent can focus on education, job seeking and improving their life overall.

Most relief activities come, provide a needed service and then leave. In most activities the community reverts to the same need in a short period of time as the reason for the need was not addressed.

We drive our investments to leave permanent and sustainable changes in the community. This was we address the core issue allowing the community to grow and improve.
